Bacon Pimento Cheese Burger

Can't go wrong with a good burger. If you don't have a grill at home and are a pimento cheese lover, these will blow your damn mind! Easy to make and no mess?! These will no doubt become a new burger night staple in your home! A lot of people are dubious of the oven burger, but give it a try and I swear you will love it!

Ingredients

•1lb ground beef

•Cracked Pepper & Garlic Seasoning(see here)*

•Bacon, cooked

•Red onion, cut into rings*

•Jalapeños, sliced(optional)

•Pimento Cheese*

•Buns


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F

2. Separate the beef into three fat patties. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.

3. Generously season both sides of the patties and the edges as well.

4. Bake for 12 minutes on the rack second from the top.

5. While the burgers are baking cook your bacon to your liking and slice your veggies.*

6. After 12 minutes remove your patties. Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes.

7. While the broiler is preheating scoop your pimento cheese onto your buns and toast in the toaster oven until cheese is melty and buns are golden.

8. Broil burgers for 5-8 minutes or until they are cooked through and thoroughly browned.

9. Assemble your burgers and enjoy!


*Any seasoning salt will do. The Cracked Black Pepper and Garlic Seasoning is my all time favorite though!

*The most surprising and easy way to make deliciously crisp bacon is to put it between two pieces of paper towel on a plate, and microwave for 5-7 minutes! I won't judge if you don't.....

*After slicing your onion rings, place them in ice water. This will make them extra crisp and get rid of some of that harshness.

*My favorite pimento cheese is the My Three Sons Spicy White Cheddar
