This Caesar salad dressing is like something you'd get at a fancy steakhouse. It's absolutely perfect and takes just 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients:
•2 small garlic cloves, minced
•1 anchovy packed in 100% olive oil (mashed)
•2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
•1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
•2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
•1 cup mayonnaise (I like Duke's)
•½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, freshly grated
•Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, mashed anchovy, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge up to a week.
Yield: 1 cup dressing
