Caesar Dressing

This Caesar salad dressing is like something you'd get at a fancy steakhouse. It's absolutely perfect and takes just 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients:

2 small garlic cloves, minced

1 anchovy packed in 100% olive oil (mashed)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 cup mayonnaise (I like Duke's)

½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, freshly grated

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, mashed anchovy, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge up to a week.



Yield: 1 cup dressing
