Chimichurri

This chimichurri is a much lighter, but just as flavorful version of the classic Argentinian sauce. It is fantastic with fish, steak, pork chops, chicken, or anything really. It's so easy to make and will impress anyone who gives it a try!

Ingredients

•1 small bunch Italian parsley

•2 bunches cilantro

•2 medium lemons, juiced (or 1 large)

•3 TB extra virgin olive oil

1 TB red wine vinegar

3 small cloves garlic

1 TB crushed red pepper flakes(optional)

1 tsp granulated sugar

•1 tsp dried oregano

•1 TB water

•Dash of salt


Instructions

1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, add a little water if needed.

2. Best enjoyed the next day.



8 Servings(about 2 tablespoons per serving)
