Goldfish Chicken Tenders

Crispy chicken tenders coated in flavor blasted cheddar jack'd goldfish crackers!

Ingredients
•1 lb chicken tenderloins
•1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
•1/4 tsp paprika
•1/2 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp dried thyme
•Salt, to taste
•2 large eggs
• 2 cups flavor blasted cheddar jack'd gold fish, crushed
•1/4 cup Parmesan, grated *
Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 375°F or Air fryer to 400°F
2. Place chicken and seasonings in a gallon size ziplock bag. Shake until evenly coated.
3. Blend the goldfish and Parmesan in a food processor until it reaches a sand-like consistency.*
4. Whip the egg in a small bowl.
5. Dip the seasoned chicken tenders into the egg, then into the goldfish crumbs.
6, Oven: Put the coated chicken tenders on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375°F
Air Fryer: Put the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer for 6 minutes each side at 400°F
*Use a Microplane grater to get the best texture and distribution of Parmesan for the fewest calories.
*You can also add the goldfish to a ziplock bag and crush the hell out of it with whatever you have laying around at home.
