It's that time of year again! Usually, it's accompanied by store-bought hot chocolate mix that's been sitting in the back of your pantry for God knows how long. This hot chocolate recipe is the real stuff, the good stuff... It's so easy to do, you'll never go back to that Swiss Miss trash again after trying this!

Ingredients
•4 cups whole milk
•2 Alter Eco Brown Butter Hot Chocolate Bars, chopped*
•1/4 cup sugar
•1/2 tsp vanilla
•Amaretto Liqueur*
Instructions
1. Place milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
2. Once the milk is warm add the sugar. Whisk in the sugar for about 30 seconds.
3. Add the chopped chocolate bar. Whisk until smooth.
4. Serve with your favorite toppings such as whipped cream, marshmallows, candy canes, or cinnamon stick
*Any dark chocolate bar will do if you can't find the brown butter. I prefer about 70% cocoa for this recipe.
*Add one or two ounces of amaretto to your cup of hot chocolate to make it even more delicious!
